Quinn  : We talked it out. 
              I think she just needed to feel heard.

Angela : I'm glad.
              I was worried she'd leave us and tell other people that we weren't reliable.

Quinn  : Same here. 
              But we straightened everything out in the end.

Angela : That's great.
              Did you offer her anything for the incovenience this caused her?

Quinn  : Yes, I gave her two free months of service and said I'd follow up next week. 
              I think I saved the relationship.

  'feel + 과거분사'는 '~하고 있다고 느끼다'라는 의미이며 feel heard는 직역하면 '듣고 있다고 느끼다'이지만 '자신의 말을 경청하고 있다'라는 의미에서 '이해받고 있다','공감하고 있다'라는 의미로 사용됩니다.
